Nature hub applies the rules of Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 and its executive regulations, with regard to the policy of exchange and return for the products that are sold, bearing in mind that according to the provisions of the aforementioned law, shall not have the right to exchange or return in the following cases:

1.    Removing the cover or packaging of the products, since those products are intended for personal use in accordance with Article No. 17 of the law and Article No. 13 of its executive regulations.

2.    If the product is not in the same condition, it was in at the time of sale.

The consumer may directly have the right to exchange or return only if the cover and/or packaging of the products has not been removed, provided that such a process takes place within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of purchasing. Even if the cover packaging of the product has not been removed.

In the event of exchanging or returning the product after applying the conditions of exchange or return are met, 10 folds will deduct an amount - as administrative fees for the process, in addition to the shipping costs
